Ponds 8-G @ main facilities area all have outfalls (some DMRs are monthly some are
quarterly) Map 29 shows stream buffer zone variances
2. Fish Creek Borehole: The reservoir drop house area was saturated. It was not obvious where the
water leak is originating. The water is moving down the access road ditch and to the perimeter ditch
of the treatment ponds. Saturation ends in the ditch at a location adjacent to the second treatment
pond. If the quantity of water were to increase, the flow path could continue to the Fish Creek
discharge point. Please locate and repair this leak as soon as possible this fall prior to snow
accumulation and freezing that could exacerbate the issue. Division will follow up that this has been
completed at the next inspection.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2
Page 3 of 12
