(TC). This inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division). Dan MacKinnon, Natural Resources Specialist, with with OSMRE - <br />Denver was present during this complete oversight inspection. Miranda Kawcak of TC accompanied the <br />inspection. Overall the weather was clear and windy during the inspection.
