Mr. Frank Ferns of Elk <br />Ridge Mining and Reclamation accompanied the inspection and represented the operator. COVID-19 protocols <br />were followed, Site specific safety traiming took place prior to the start of the on the ground inspection. <br />Ms. Yeldell accompanied the inspection in a training capacity. With the consolidation for th Active Mines <br />Program, cross-traing of personnel is on -going. <br />The weather was clear and dry. The region is experiencing a drought. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Mine Records were checked at the Mine office. Availability of Records form accompanies this report. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies <br />4.14.6: <br />The operator has completed filling of the low areas on IP-9 field for 2020. The additional topsoil placed <br />in August has been ripped, seeded and blended with the adjacent ground. Some low spots remain that the operator <br />will address as necessary. <br />The field west of IP-9 has been graded and irrigated. This field will be IP-10. It has been seeded to oats. <br />Stock pond No. 2 grading has been completed. The inspector did not collect gps coordinates or elevations, but <br />visually the regraded stock pond configuration was in agreement with the approved design. <br />The temporary check dams that the operator has dozed in the drainages of the partially graded final pit area were <br />effective in slowing runoff flow and dropping out sediment prior to reaching Pond 13. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
