Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Yoast Mine, C 1994082, operated by Seneca Property <br /> LLC. Miranda Kawcak of Peabody Inc,was present throughout the inspection. The inspection <br /> was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was <br /> clear,with a brisk wind, and temperatures ranged from 55 to 65 degrees F. The ground was dry. <br /> The roads were in good condition, and the entire site was accessible. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> 1. SL8 <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation has been completed at the site. Main roads and access roads were dry and in good <br /> repair throughout the site. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts were observed at <br /> the time of inspection. Reclamation was observed to be stable with a diverse mix of well <br /> established vegetation. No expanses of bare areas or significant weed infestations were noted at <br /> time of inspection. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to be functioning adequately. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the facilities were in good repair. <br /> o No standing water or rutted areas were noted on any roads at the time of inspection. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE Rule 4.05 <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />
