Purple Pipe:
There is a 90%chance that is will be accessed underground—if it is not already via old existing
underground workings. It is a known fact that the vertical shaft we unearthed in the Ridgetop
Project Area is connected to the "Midway Tunnel" via the Midway Portal. Air blows up from
below at the current"bottom"of the vertical shaft within the Ridgetop Project. It is also
known that there is WAY too many tailings for those two old working to just"meet". Those
working may extend either horizontally under the Purple Pipe Project Area,or vertically
(technically towards the Siberia Project Area... hence the need for the Unnamed Project Area).
This will become more evident as the Ridgetop Project develops over the next 12-18 months.
When we state 90%chance it will be underground, there appears to be at least 15 feet of solid
rock vertically that would be considered overburden. More than we are willing to do with hand
tools, and I feel I have a 50%shot that there are existing workings going into this area already.
Any dirt or waste rock will be transported to the Ridgetop Soil and Waste Rock Storage areas
respectively.
Miners Mall commits to report ANY technical or surface use changes to BLM and DRMS as a
revision or modification to allow for detailed reclamation plans.
Unnamed Project Area:
This project area was added to allow future prospecting at the end of this permit amendment.
The project site will be a small pad and portal with a access grate installed.
Miners Mall commits to report ANY technical or surface use changes to BLM and DRMS as a
revision or modification. We feel the time frame of this project start date will be specified in a
later amendment or technical revision. No actual work or development of this project area will
occur unless gaining prior approval from the DRMS to commence this phase.
