Exhibit C <br /> 7. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.3(1)(i), Will ground water be encountered at any of the project areas? <br /> NO. <br /> 8. During a previous inspection the use of Dexpan or Eco-Blast as an alternative to conventional <br /> explosives was mentioned. Moving forward with the project will either of these materials be used? <br /> At this point, NO—We feel this will disrupt the stability of the bedrock. If this changes, Miners <br /> Mall will submit a technical change before proceeding. <br /> 9. What disturbances will the support areas include?A flat pad being erected? <br /> A flat area will be created. Job boxes will be secured to existing trees within the support area or <br /> directly adjacent the support area. These boxes include tools and first aid gear. <br /> 10. Will any ventilation shafts or additional portals/adits beyond what is historically present be <br /> constructed? <br /> At this time, NO-If this changes, Miners Mall will submit a technical change before proceeding. <br /> 11. Siberia Project Area-Please state how the portal will be safeguarded when not actively working in it. <br /> This has been addressed under the Mine Plan for that Project Area in Exhibit C—Question 17 <br /> 12. Midway Project Area- <br /> a. The creation of additional trails is mentioned. Describe the average width and anticipated length of <br /> trails to be constructed. <br /> This has been addressed under the Mine Plan for that Project Area in Exhibit C—Question 17 <br /> b. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.3(1)(d), What is the anticipated depth and/or volume of tailings material to be <br /> sorted(i.e. mined). <br /> 5-18 feet (varies due to slope of hillside). Additional information was provided in Exhibit B- <br /> Question 3—additional information sheet <br /> c. Per Rule 6.3.3(1)(f), The dimension of the tailings pile to be mined and the sorted material storage if <br /> different than the mined areas. <br /> This has been addressed under the Mine Plan for that Project Area in Exhibit C—Question 17 <br /> 13. Connector Project Area- <br /> a.
