As discussed in the Proposed Decision of this PR10 Findings Document, Stipulation 21 was deemed <br /> complied with as a result of the PR8 proposed decision. Stipulation 22 remains active. <br /> Enforcement Actions <br /> No enforcement actions have been issued since the last midterm review. <br /> The Review Process for PR10 <br /> o DRMS received TMI's application 16 June 2020. <br /> o DRMS found the application complete 26 June 2020. <br /> o TMI published its public notice weekly for four consecutive weeks beginning 4 April 2020 <br /> o Proof of publication was submitted by TMI to DRMS on 16 May 2020. <br /> o No objections or requests for informal conferences were received by DRMS during the <br /> public comment period. <br /> o The State Historical Preservation officer,through History Colorado, provided a letter to <br /> DRMS on 21 September 2020 stating they had no objections to the application. <br /> o The State Land Board provided a letter stating that they had no objections to the application. <br /> o DRMS reviewed the application and sent TMI preliminary adequacy questions 25 August <br /> 2020. <br /> o DRMS received TMI's preliminary adequacy responses 2 September 2020. <br /> o DRMS reviewed TMI's response of 2 September and sent additional adequacy questions on 1 <br /> October 2020 along with a CIRCES cost estimate. <br /> o 8 October DRMS received TMI's response to the additional adequacy questions and all were <br /> addressed satisfactorily. <br /> Description of the Environment <br /> Location of Permit Area <br /> The legal description of the lands included within the permit area of the Trapper Mine follows: <br /> Township 5 North, Range 90 West <br /> Portions of Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 <br /> Section 5,All <br /> Township 5 North, Range 91 West <br /> Portions of Sections 1,4, and 5; <br /> Sections 2 and 3,All <br /> Township 6 North, Range 90 West <br /> Portions of Sections 30, 32 and 33 <br /> Section 31,All <br /> Township 6 North, Range 91 West <br /> Portions of Sections 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,and 32 <br /> Sections 33, 34, 35, and 36,All. <br /> Trapper Mine is located in northwest Colorado along the northern slope of the Williams Fork <br /> Mountains, approximately six miles southwest of the City of Craig. The boundaries of the permit <br /> area are about six miles long (east to west)by two miles wide (north to south) as shown on Map 1 <br /> below. <br /> 5 <br />
