Photos were taken by Brock Bowles on 10/1 and the report was written by Tabetha Lynch <br />with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) on 10/2. No issues were noted as a <br />result of this inspection. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />The rail loop pond and the creek appear to be dry at the time of inspection. The truck pond appears to be holding a <br />small amount of water. Roads appear to be in good conditions. The rail ballast is currently being used as a <br />community trail. <br />
