Lorencito Drill Agreement <br /> surface using a dozer and/or track mounted excavator. The removal of trees will be <br /> avoided where possible. Brush will be disposed in accordance with the agreement <br /> with the landowners. The amount of disturbance at each drill site will be kept to a <br /> minimum. <br /> Topsoil Salvage <br /> Topsoil will be salvaged from the drill sites prior to their construction Salvaging <br /> will include removing a op 12 inches of soil or the amount available and <br /> stockpiling this material in the general vicinity of its removal in an area where it <br /> will not be removed from the drill site area. Stockpiles of topsoil will be compacted <br /> to prevent erosion by wind and other elements until used for reclamation. <br /> Diversion of Overland Flow <br /> Is described above in section 2. Drainage and erosion control measures for new <br /> access road construction; cleanout/maintenance of existing access road, as <br /> needed. <br /> 4. Source of water for drilling and access to this source (Hill Ranch to <br /> provide input); <br /> Drilling company will truck in water to the drill site which will be either from <br /> town, from the New Elk mine site or from a location on the Hill property approved <br /> by Mike Powell and Rich Hill prior to used. The program will need 1,000 gallons <br /> of water per 100 foot of hole depth. <br /> 5. Proximity to and protection of existing gas wells along with <br /> requirements/limitations for off-set by gas operator(Evergreen); Once <br /> Exhibit A is finalized, Louis and Michael Joy of Evergreen should <br /> communicate and possibly meet during Michael's weekly trip to <br /> Trinidad to review the planned drilling program; <br /> NECC met with Evergreen to discuss protection of existing gas wells. Evergreen <br /> concluded that core drill holes were not deep enough to affect their existing gas <br /> wells. All gas wells that were close to proposed drill locations were also cased to <br /> the surface.NECC will continue to communicate with Evergreen for scheduling <br /> and status updates. <br /> 6. Plan to locate underground pipelines and utilities (811 plus private <br /> installations); coordinate with Hill Ranch; <br /> 6 <br /> Exhibit A 9/24/2020 <br />
