Exhibit D <br /> 15. Describe the number of acres to receive each of the various types soil stabilizing <br /> methods/applications. <br /> a. For areas receiving gravel, how thick will the gravel be applied?The acreage of the road to <br /> receive 6" of road base is—1.47 acres. <br /> b. What constitutes a partially graveled area?The storage area that was approved with the <br /> special use permit by the City of Grand Junction is —14.92 acres and will be partially <br /> graveled. Partially graveled is stabilizing the surface with a light amount of gravel material <br /> to improve the area for storage of materials <br /> 16. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.4(d) state that the recently constructed asphalt road will remain post <br /> reclamation. <br /> Verbiage added. <br /> 17. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.4(d/e) it's stated that not ponds will be created on sit.As well as there <br /> will be a water quality pond for stromwater as shown on the reclamation plan. Clarify if the <br /> newly created stormwater quality pond is a permanent feature. <br /> Section clarified as their will be stormwater quality ponds on site. <br /> You may wish to have a section that specifically addresses stormwater/groundwater, BMPs <br /> used and a correlating map for clarity. <br /> Berms and stormwater quality ponds have been called out and explained. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
