Exhibit B <br /> 8. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.2(a) provide vegetation characteristic.The attached NRCS Web Soil <br /> Survey did not include vegetation information, only the soils portion of the report was <br /> included. <br /> Vegetation characteristics included. <br /> 9. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.2(b) identify permanent man-made structures within 200 feet. Revise <br /> the structure list to include all permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br /> permit boundary. <br /> a. The Union Pacific Rail Road on the west side of the permit boundary appears tobe <br /> within 200 feet but was not identified as a structure. <br /> • Structure added. <br /> b. There is a utility line that bisects the northwest side of the permit boundary but was <br /> not identified. <br /> • Xcel utility added. <br /> c. Several features are within 200 feet of the access road where it intersects with 26 1/4 <br /> Road. Features/owners include but are not limited to; 26 1/4 Road,Unaweep Ave, <br /> HWY SO, Legacy Land Company, Snyder-Grand Valley Memorials Inc. <br /> • Property owners added. <br /> It may be helpful to create a separate structure map that includes a 200 foot buffer <br /> around the permit boundary to clearly delineate which structures are within or beyond <br /> 200 feet of the permit. <br /> Exhibit created and included. <br /> 10. Include a brief description of the stromwater quality pond. <br /> Description added to Exhibit B <br /> 11. Provide a legend as to what the various colors and shading mean with regards to areas <br /> within the permit boundary. <br /> Separate exhibit made for structure owners, included within this submittal. <br /> Exhibit C <br /> 12. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.3(b) state that no topsoil will be salvaged given that no excavations <br /> will occur and replacement is not required for reclamation. <br /> Statement has been clarified. <br /> 13. Include the referenced City of Grand Junction Special Use Permit or provide the specific <br /> details of that permit/plan as they apply to this application. <br /> Special Use Permit has been applied to Exhibit C and the approval letter from the City <br /> of Grand Junction for the Special Use Permit is attached to Exhibit C. <br /> 14.
