We have used your original letter as the base -format, with
our responses following each of your comments.
The PR1 0 Table I -1.1. revised Appendix A summary table is enclosed and should replace the existing
table. A discussion of the changes made to this table is given in Response 3 below. Also enclosed are the
DXF files mentioned in Response 5 below.
Rule 2. 10 Maps and Plans
DRMS August 2020
1. Please make call outs for elevations darker (black) and at closer, more periodic intervals.
2. Please place all diversion symbology above active mining symbology so it is
visible on the map.
Trapper Response to Comment 1: In discussion with Robin Reilley on August 26, 2020 at the Trapper
Mine, we discussed the darker contour lines and more elevation call outs. Robin noted that she was fine
with the maps for this Pert -nit Revision, but would like to have darker contours and more elevation call -outs
in the future. Trapper acluiowledges the comment and commits to revising the maps as requested in future
permitting actions.
Trapper Response to Comment I In discussion with Robin Reilley on August 26, 2020 at the Trapper
Mine, we discussed the draw order of how map M-5 1, Drainage and Sediment Control, was plotted. The
problem noted by Robin was that expected disturbance lines and Diversion lines were shown over the top of
each other and were difficult to make out. Robin noted that she was fine with the maps for this Permit
Revision, but would like to have the lines slightly separated, and a different plot order utitized the next tilhe
we have to plot out maps that have cart -outs for hydrologic features. Trapper acknowledges the comment
and commits to revising the maps as requested in -future pennitting actions.
P.O. Box 187 Craig, Colorado 81626 (970) 824-4401
