The attached information is <br /> being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with <br /> the Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(the"Division")and the local county clerk land recorder. <br /> The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to &S&a d✓Z p),A-ni use. Pursuant to <br /> Section 34-32-116(7)0), C.R.S., the Board is required to confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before <br /> approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed <br /> operation.
