Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Trapper Mine; permit C 1981010, operated by Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Graham Roberts, Trapper Mine representative was present throughout the inspection.. Skies were hazy <br /> due to wildfires and temperatures ranged between 65 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. There was no breeze. <br /> Ash, coal and overburden were being hauled. Haul roads were in good repair and being watered. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o PR9 Decision proposed to be issued <br /> o PR10 ADQ <br /> o TR 124 topo valdation <br /> o SL 20 Decision proposed to be issued <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS <br /> o Phase I and II bond release (SL21 and SL22) <br /> o MR for vegetation standard <br /> o TR for Mid Term Review <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE <br /> None at time of inspection <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> One drag line is staged in N Pit and was undergoing maintenance at the time of inspection. Two draglines <br /> are staged in the L Pit and were idle at the time of inspection. Activities in the L and N pits were <br /> observed and appeared to be ongoing as permitted. Numerous benches were awaiting grading at the time <br /> of inspection. Contemporaneous reclamation of backfilling and grading was not occurring at the time of <br /> inspection. No offsite air quality or hydrologic issues were observed at the time of inspection. A blast <br /> was laid out and scheduled for the day. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Boundary markers were adequately spaced, in good repair and easily visible along the West end <br /> of the mine along the boundary shared with the Williams Fork Mine. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />
