Page 3 <br /> 3 Description of Siberia Project <br /> 3.1 NEW Project location <br /> The Project is located in Mesa County,approximately 11.3 miles west of the intersection of Highway <br /> 50 and Colorado 141(Appendix A, Figure 1). It is located 15 miles southwest of Grand Junction, <br /> Colorado,within the eastern portion of Unaweep Canyon. The Public Land Survey System of the <br /> Project Section 11,Township 14 South, Range 100 West, of the 61h Prime Meridian. The elevation of <br /> the Project area is approximately 6,400 feet above sea level. Regional access of the project is from <br /> Colorado highway 141.An existing parking area is located on BLM land approximately 300 feet from <br /> the Siberia project area within the claim. From this parking lot,access to the mine will be by foot, <br /> using non-designated trails(pre-existing disturbance). <br /> 3.2 Surface Ownership of the Land within the Area of Operation <br /> The Humming Bird claim encompasses approximately 3.14 acres of public lands administered by the <br /> BLM Grand Junction Field Office.
