The updates are as follows: <br /> Mining Plan — <br /> Due to the Sinclair Company buried petroleum line that bisects the property, mining <br /> operations will not disturb the ground above or around the pipeline. This has resulted in a <br /> plan to mine a separate cell (Cell B), rather than mining westward from the current mined <br /> area (Cell A). As the mining commences in Cell B, a drainage pipe will be installed (bored) <br /> from the lowest elevation in the southeast portion of Cell B to the western side/slope of Cell <br /> A. Said drainage pipe will be routed under the Sinclair Petroleum line. Coordination with <br /> Sinclair Oil Corporation for the design and construction of the drainage pipe will happen when <br /> practicable. <br /> Mining in Cell B will be a dry operation and happen in westward direction. Mining depths will <br /> be 35' to 50'. The cell slopes will be 3'H:1'V or flatter. <br /> Adequate topsoil for reclamation will be stockpiled largely in the form of berms between the <br /> required property line setbacks and the top/edge of mined area. <br /> Material processing (screening and/or crushing) will generally happen in the vicinity of the <br /> mining operation; processed material will be stockpiled until use just east of the <br /> mining/processing area. <br /> ANi=rrrY] <br />
