Murphy NOIs Bond Forfeiture Project

Introduction: The Tenderfoot Hill NOI site is located in Section 7, Township 15S, Range 69W in Teller County, Colorado. A
Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospect Operations permit (P-2004-015) was issued to Providence Mining LLC (dba Murphy
Mining & Exploration, LLC) on November 5, 2004 . The permit was revoked on January 31, 2017 for failure to provide annual
reporting and fees.

The Carbonate Hill NOI site is located in Section 7, Township 15S, Range 69W in Teller County, Colorado. A Notice of Intent
to Conduct Prospect Operations permit (P -2005-005) was issued to Caldera Rim Mining Co. on April 27, 2005. The permit
was revoked on January 31, 2017 for failure to provide annual reporting and fees. Both sites are located on land now owned
by Newmont- Cripple Creek and Victor Mining Company (CC&V).

Pre-Reclamation Site Conditions The project consists of two prospect locations which are:
1. Carbonate Hill 2. Tenderfoot Hill. The Carbonate Hill site contains a high wall on the north end of the prospect permit that
was not included in the mine permit area that was subsequently obtained. The Tenderfoot Hill site contains a two-
compartment mine shaft, hoist house and exploratory borehole.

Construction Work Description

Construction began with a detailed on-boarding meeting the CC&V office in Cripple Creek, Colorado. The meeting detailed
safety protocols and procedures for conducting reclamation activities on CC&V property. Following the meeting, CC&V
personnel conducted a safety inspection of all equipment that would be used on site. McCollum ’s Excavating addressed all
noted safety concerns prior to beginning construction.

Carbonate Hill Mine: The project work included installing 275 linear feet of exclusion fence along the top of the high wall cut.
Construction began at this site on July 20 th, 2020. A berm was constructed on a portion of the access road at the top of the
high wall at the request of the CC&V safety manager. Following this, the exact location of the fence was laid out and fence
post holes were dug. Fence posts were grouted with concrete and the fencing wire was installed on July 27 th, 2020. The
disturbed areas around the high wall fence were seeded with a native seed mix.

Tenderfoot Hill Mine: Prior to beginning work, a hot work permit for welding was issued to McCollum’s excavating by CC&V.
The permit pertained to welding activities that were to be conducted at the Tenderfoot mine site. The project work included
the following: Safeguarding a portion of the manway shaft with a locking steel grate; installin g an expanded steel enclosure
over the top of the shaft; installing lock boxes on the shaft covers and the enclosure around the shaft; installing expanded
