NEWMONT <br /> GOLDCORR <br /> 18 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP) <br /> CC&V has developed an ERP for use by employees as a guide for the prevention, control, and <br /> reporting of releases of chemicals and hydrocarbon products at the Cresson Project and to <br /> respond to potential fires. The ERP is comprised of several documents including the SPCC Plan, <br /> the Cyanide ERP, the Fire Protection Plan, the Geotechnical Code 90 Plan, and the Crisis <br /> Communication Plan. A copy of the ERP is provided in Appendix 12.
