It is DkVIS'experience that planting trees at higher altitudes in highly exposed <br /> areas without addressing the following issues results in high mortalitt•rates. Please add a discussion <br /> to the tree planting section addressing the,following issues: <br /> a. Size of container stock, Rule 6.4.5(2)(})(iv) <br /> b.
