Operations also conducts inspections of the leak collection systems every shift. CC&V monitors wildlife on a daily basis. These frequencies are adequate to characterize the media being monitored. The auditors reviewed examples of field forms and chain of custody forms, water analytical data, completed wildlife mortality reports, and monitoring procedures to verify compliance.
