Buildings,parking areas, access roads,ponds, and shrub plot fencing within the permit <br /> area remain intact and are approved to remain as permanent structures at the landowners' <br /> request. <br /> This was a partial Phase II and III bond release inspection associated with the sixth and seventh <br /> bond release applications at the Seneca 11-W Mine, referred to as SL-6 and SL-7. The SL-6 <br /> application requests combined Phase II/III release on 379.5 acres and Phase III release on 437.1 <br /> acres. The SL-7 application requests Phase III release on 367 acres. The Hayden Public Library <br /> owns part of the land currently proposed for release, and two Library representatives attended <br /> their land's portion of the inspection. No other landowners were present, although all were <br /> notified and provided the opportunity to attend. <br /> Rule: 4.03: Roads <br /> All un-reclaimed roads travelled were in good repair. Retained roads are approved to remain <br /> permanently at the landowners' request. Permanent roads have been reduced from their original <br /> size and are in good repair. No problems were noted with road surfacing or drainage. <br /> Rules: 4.05.5 and 4.05.6: Sediment Control Measures and Sedimentation Ponds <br /> Parcel 10, stock pond T-3 is stable and functioning as intended. Water was inflowing to and <br /> discharging from Pond 16 during the inspection. Large catfish inhabit the pond. Pond T-27 was <br /> holding water but not discharging. Surge tanks in Parcel 154 were dry. <br /> The culvert running under the access road along the border of Parcels 61 and 13 is partially <br /> clogged and dented. This requires repair and clean-out. <br /> A large (approximately 1' wide and 1.5' deep, 150' long)rill has formed between Ponds T-5 and <br /> T-6 in Parcel 22 and should be repaired according to Seneca Property, LLS's approved rill and <br /> 1 1 Pa g e <br />
