EXHIBIT D — RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> a) Mining has stopped on the site and will not continue. There is no overburden <br /> suitable for the reclamation of the site. The reclamation of the site will start in the <br /> summer of 2020 and be completed by the end of2021. This site has recently been <br /> approved by the City of Grand Junction for a Special Use Permit. <br /> b) The maximum gradient for the slopes will be 3 to1 or less. The slopes will be a <br /> minimum of 30 feet from the adjacent properties. <br /> c) (i) The site has been converted to a commercial/industrial yard under an <br /> approved Special Use Permit. <br /> (ii) There will be no seeding. Only gravel, partial gravel in open space, <br /> surface roughening and storage areas with recycled asphalt for road <br /> access. <br /> (iii)There will be no seeding mix for this site. <br /> (iv)A application method for this site is not needed. The site has been converted <br /> to a commercial/ industrial yard under an approved Special Use Permit. <br /> Existing vegetation will be conserved when possible. <br /> (v) There will be no mulch needed for this site. <br /> (vi)There will be no trees or additional shrubs planted on the site <br />
