Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Trapper Mine;permit C 1981010,operated by Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Graham Roberts, Trapper Mine representative was present throughout the inspection. Skies were partly <br /> cloudy until about 2 p.m.when clouds moved in with a drenching rain. Temperatures ranged between 65 <br /> and 75 degrees Fahrenheit with a light breeze. It had been very dry until the afternoon showers of the last <br /> couple of days. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o PR9 <br /> o PR10 <br /> o TR 124 topo validation <br /> o Mid Term TR 125 <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS <br /> o Phase I and II bond release SLs 21 and 22 <br /> 0 <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS ADDRESSED <br /> o Russian olive trees around the site (Impoundment H and Coyote Pond), had been cut <br /> down. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The Queen Anne is operating in the N pit casting spoil. One dragline is operating,casting spoil in the L <br /> pit; and one dragline is idle. Activities in the L and N pits were observed and appear to be progressing as <br /> permitted. Overburden was being hauled and placed in benches at the time of inspection. Coal and ash <br /> were being hauled. No offsite air or water quality issues were identified during the course of the <br /> inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Pond identification signs were prominently displayed in the vicinity of the ponds visited and were <br /> in adequate repair at the time of inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />
