Maintenance shall include. but is not limited to. <br /> blading the roadway, cleaning ditches and drainage facilities. -and <br /> duct control. <br /> 11. Trash shall be confined in a covered container while the project' <br /> is in progress. Upon completion, all trash, flagging. laths. <br /> etc., shall be removed and hauled to an authorized disposal site. <br /> No oil or lubricants shall be drained onto the ground surface. <br /> 12. In the event the withdrawn land crossed by the access road is <br /> required for reservoir or hydroelectric development, any <br /> structures or improvements placed thireon found to interfere with <br /> such development shall be removed or relocated as necessary to <br /> eliminate such interference at no cost to the United States. its <br /> permittees or licensees. <br /> Reclamation <br /> 1. All disturbed areas shall be contoured to blend with the natural <br /> topography. Blending is defined as reducing;form. line. and color ' <br /> contrast associated with the surface disturbance so that the <br /> project area will fit into the natural landscape as much as ' <br /> possible. <br /> 2 All disturbed areas shall be seeded with the following seed <br /> mixture. Application rates are for pure, live seed PLS <br /> PP .. P (PLS).
