Plaintiff may only utilize a drip <br />irrigation system (supplied by approximately 600 feet of 12 inch pipe) on Tract No. 71. The drip <br />irrigation system will be located in the southeast portion of Tract No. 71 and will be connected to <br />the Martin Crawford Pipeline. That system includes valves and will be flushed at the end of the <br />watering season into Carey Pond. Prior to any flushing of the drip irrigation system on Tract No. <br />71, Plaintiff agrees to provide 48 hours' notice to Defendant Snowcap through counsel for <br />Snowcap, <br />4. Plaintiff further agrees not to disturb the flagging that Snowcap has installed on <br />Tract No. 71 near the airshaft and TR -69 repair area.
