All <br /> metals and windows and non-native lumber to be hauled down and disposed of at a local <br /> recycling facility or local dump. <br /> There will be 600 square feet of metal roofing. 1400 bd ft of non native lumber and 2 <br /> pickup truck loads of miscellaneous items cots, stove, table, etc. <br /> All native logs to be stored till road reclamation is started. Then at that time they will be <br /> loped and scattered on road. <br /> At some point in September we will hand scarify cabin location and cabin driveway to <br /> 4"in depth. And hand broadcast seed to the rate of 25 lbs per acre. Then hand raked in. <br /> There is approximately 900 square feet of area. Please see seed mix attached as per USFS <br /> botanist. <br /> Phase 3 (summer of 2021 July 1 —September 31 or earlier). Decommission mine road <br /> from NFSR#602 to parking area. Approximately 2165' or 21.650 square feet. <br /> This will consist of building of water bars. Placement of water bars to be determined by <br /> USFS. Please see attached plan. Scarifying existing road to 4"in depth. Gate to be <br /> removed and replaced with earth mounds and boulders stumps etc to be used for final <br /> road closer. <br /> Scarifying existing road to 4"in depth. Seeding to USFS botanist's recommendations of <br /> 25 lbs per acre and hand raking it in. Loping and scattering cabin logs randomly on <br /> existing road. Gate to be hauled off to local recycler. <br /> At this time, I don't see any reason for topsoil replacement, nor mulching. As for the <br /> Forest service has not requested any. F/S has not included any weed management in their <br /> recommendations. <br /> All work to be done using BMP's and inside the guidance of the USFS rules and <br /> protections in place. <br /> Thank you <br /> John Strong <br />
