Mine representative Miranda Kawcak, was present throughout the inspection. The weather <br />was clear with the temperatures in the 70 degrees F. The main haul road provided access to the <br />entire site. No offsite air or water quality issues were noted at the time of inspection. <br />CURRENT PERMITTING ACTIONS <br />SL6 Bond Release inspection foreseen for July 2020 <br />UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />Partial Phase I, II, and III Bond Releases <br />RN7 Permit Renewal <br />OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br />o Two of the monitoring wells are been broken off. The operator agreed to repair these and, <br />repressurize the others as needed <br />NEW MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br />o Small patches of weeds (white top, cheatgrass, houndstonge among others) were noted <br />throughout the site. <br />o A couple of culverts require clearing of debris; cobbles and sediment. <br />o Weir at Pond 5 requires cleaning. <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation has been completed at the site. Vegetation appeared well established in most places <br />throughout the site. Constructed drainages appear to be well armored, stable, well vegetated along <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
