The <br />inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was <br />partly cloudy with temperatures ranging from 50 to 75 degrees F. The roads were in good condition, and <br />the entire site was accessible. <br />UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />1. Summer 2020 partial Phase II and lll bond release. <br />2. Permit Renewal RN5 in progress. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation has been completed at the site. Vegetation appeared well established in most places <br />throughout the site. Constructed drainages appear well armored, stable, well vegetated and functioning <br />adequately. Main haul roads were generally in good repair although some rutting was identified. <br />SIGNS and MARKERS — Rule 4.02 <br />o Entrance sign and permit boundary markers were posted as required. <br />o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points were intact, displaying all <br />required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit number <br />and contact information. <br />o The few topsoil piles remaining at the site were observed to be well marked and are <br />generally associated with roads. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o The haul road exhibited some ruts predominantly at a short distance from the entrance <br />where grazing leasees bring their livestock in heavy trucks for grazing. <br />o No evidence of offsite impacts were observed. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
