Reclamation called for it to be left as "Roads, <br /> Ind., Comm, & rip rap" industrial area, no seeding needed. <br /> 1999 - Left as P.D. zoned for industrial uses <br /> 2002 - Left as P.D. zoned but shown as being reclaimed, but timetable listed it as <br /> "Roads, Ind., Comm, & rip rap" in a P.D. <br /> 2006 - Rezoned to Industrial so it matched use allowed in 1985 P.D. Still to be <br /> graded and reclaimed as "Roads, Ind., Comm, & rip rap" area. <br /> 2008 - Removed from P.D. by Minor Plan Amendment. <br /> 2011 - An Exemption by Resolution Concerning Division of Land, the parcels were <br /> divided into 2 lots and was soon to be sold to Clear Creek County for their <br /> trail development plans. Still zoned and usable for Industrial. <br /> 2012 - Stage X parcel was sold to Clear Creek County. <br /> Stage Z <br /> 1985 - Shows as mined and revegetated end use in the P.D. Reclamation called for it <br /> to be left as graded and revegetated. <br /> 1999 - Rezoned as Commercial - Warehouse/Manufacturing (C-MW) but listed in the <br /> Reclamation timetable a "Roads, Ind., Comm, & rip rap" <br /> 2002 - Left as C-MW zoned. To be reclaimed as "Roads, Ind., Comm, & rip rap", no <br /> seeding. <br /> 2006 - Rezoned from Commercial to Industrial to allow for the Concrete Batch Plant. <br /> 2008 - Removed from P.D. by Minor Plan Amendment. <br /> 2011 - An Exemption by Resolution Concerning Division of Land the parcels were <br /> divided into 2 lots and Stage X parcel was soon to be sold to Clear Creek <br /> County in 2012 for their trail development plans. Still zoned Industrial. <br />
