6.4. 7 Exhibit G
Water Information
Water will be used for dust suppression and washing aggregate. Pursuant to
District Court, Water Division No. 2, Case No. 18CW3045, industrial water may be
pumped from the King Well No. 13 (Permit No. 1400-R and WDID 1705571). Arkansas
Valley Ranch is a member of CWPDA (Membership No. 3517) and is included in
CWPDA's augmentation plan approved in the above referenced case. Water accounting
is and will continue to be submitted to CWPDA as required.
Water is conveyed from King Well No. 13 to the lined fresh water pond in an
industrial grade hose. Fresh wash water is pumped to the wet plant with a
recirculating water system where spent wash water is conveyed to one of two
sedimentation ponds. After 48 hours the clear water is pumped into the fresh water
pond for re-use. The unlined fresh water pond has a surface area of 4,737 ft2 with a
capacity of 354,327 gallons. Two unlined ponds serve as recirculating ponds. The
north lined pond has a surface area of 2,211 ft2 with a capacity of 165,382 gallons.
The south lined pond has a surface area of 4,744 ft2 with a capacity of 354,851
gallons.
Water that serves as dust suppressant is applied to disturbed areas with a 400-
gallon water truck. The water is pulled from the fresh water pond.
