If <br /> these materials are encountered, overburden and topsoil will be placed over the area and mining <br /> will move to a different area. <br /> The stormwater control berms are designed to divert uphill runoff from the south around the <br /> disturbed areas. The control berms located along the north side of Phase 1 will contain the runoff <br /> from the expansion area. Details of surface water management are discussed in Exhibit G. <br /> All existing fencing will stay in place. Any new fencing will be installed according to the <br /> Division of Parks and Wildlife's specifications. <br /> The operator commits to clearly marking the permit boundary with stakes surveyed on site. <br /> The main access road developed for the site will be used throughout mining, and into <br /> reclamation for access to the site. The access road connecting the Camilletti driveway to the pit <br /> will be reclaimed as will the new access road from the operation to Highway 6/40. <br /> 4.
