Green needlegrass 1 lbs PLS/ac <br /> 5. Switchgrass(Panicum virgatum) 1 lbs PLS/ac <br /> 6. Little Bluestein (Schizachyrium scoparium) 1 lbs PLS/ac <br /> 7. Western wheatgrass(Pascopyrum smithii) 1.5 lbs PLS/ac <br /> Total: 14 lbs PLS/ac <br /> iii. Fertilizers will not be used in the disturbed areas outside of the areas to be returned to <br /> cropland. The farmer may apply fertilizers to those areas that are to be returned to cropland. <br /> Weld County will have no control over the amount of fertilizer that may be added to the <br /> cropland. <br /> iv. No trees, shrubs, or forbs will be planted. <br /> v.
