We are referring to this as Adequacy Review No. 4 to Trapper's Permit Revision PR-09 application. The primary objectives of this response application are to address a variance from Approximate Original Contour(AOC) for L Pit and the A Pit ash area, and to submit an updated reclamation bond proposal. Comprehensive geotechnical and hydrologic studies were conducted by Agapito Associates,Inc. and JMattern Mining, LLC to address the AOC Variance proposal and are attached as Appendix B.New Permit Section 3.5.3.1 is added and, as applicable,references information in Appendix B. The updated bond estimate is based on a worst case bond situation at the end of 2022. Our bond estimate is increased over the most recent approved bond. Permit Section 1.4 and Appendix A are updated with the new bond information. Several other issues are addressed as outlined below. Officers and directors of Trapper's owners are updated. • Pages 1-31 to 1-37. Bond is revised to reflect worst case permit term reclamation scenario. • Table 3.1-3 (page 3-13). Disturbance/reclamation table is updated. • Page 3-15. Mining sequence narrative is updated for D/E Pit. • Page 3-42. The discussion of specific drainages to be disturbed is updated.
