I have included your review points that need to be <br /> addressed in the order presented in this cover letter so the questions and answers will be <br /> in the some document for easy future reference. <br /> 6.3.3 EXHIBIT C - Mining Plan <br /> 1. Rule 6.3.3(h) requires the amount of water used during the mining operation and the source <br /> of that water be identified. You indicated that you would have a watering truck on site, <br /> however you did not indicate the amount of water or the source. Submit a statement <br /> explaining where the water will come from and how much is expected to be used. <br /> The exact amount to be used is unknown at this time. I added a statement to page <br /> 20 listing the estimated amount and source at 2.0 ac-ft per year, and purchased <br /> from a local city or town. <br /> 2. Rule 6.3.3 (n) requires the applicant to identify the primary and secondary commodities to be <br /> mined/extracted and describe the intended use. <br /> I believe we did provided this information in third paragraph on page 21, the fourth <br /> Paragraph on page 22 and the fifth paragraph Page 22.
