The revision was received on August 15, 2019, deemed complete on <br />August 23, 2019 and approved on October 8, 2019. <br /> <br />Technical Revision 134 TR-134 incorporated highwall mining in the Collom Pit box <br />cut. The revision was received on October 4, 2019, deemed <br />complete on October 10, 2019 and approved on December 22, 2019. <br /> <br />Technical Revision 135 TR-135 incorporated a reduction in Colowyo's permit <br />boundary to remove Phase III release lands and structures. The <br />revision was received on December 31, 2019, deemed complete on <br />January 8, 2020 and approved on March 24, 2020. <br /> <br />Technical Revision 136 TR-136 updated spillways to EP1 and EP2 stock ponds, <br />adjusted contributing watershed to Prospect Pond, and add rip rap <br />lining to the D2 Ditch. The revision was received on January 10, <br />2020, deemed complete on January 17, 2020 and approved on March <br />31, 2020. <br /> <br />Technical Revision 137 TR-137 proposes to remove the gate valve on the Stoker Siding <br />Pond. The revision was received on April 23, 2020 and is currently <br /> <br /> <br />Section III Status of Stipulations <br /> <br />are seven outstanding stipulations attached to <br />Permit No. C-1981-019. These stipulations are listed below. <br /> <br />Stipulation 2 Prior to disturbing any lands in the Lower Wilson area, the <br />Colowyo Coal Company shall provide the Division with a <br />PERMIT revision containing a mine plan and a reclamation plan <br />and any additional baseline monitoring information (surface water, <br />ground water, soils, vegetation, etc.) requested by the Division. <br />The approval of Permit Revision 02 is only an approval for <br />disturbance in the South Taylor Pit (South Taylor Pit, West Valley <br />Fill, East Valley Fill and associated structures). NO <br />DISTURBANCE IS APPROVED FOR THE LOWER WILSON <br />AREA WITH THE APPROVAL OF PERMIT REVISION 02. <br /> <br />Stipulation 3 Prior to disturbing the Lower Wilson area the Colowyo Coal <br />Company shall perform further archaeological investigations on <br />seven areas identified as requiring more detailed study in the <br />the Danforth Hills Proposed Coal Lease Area; Moffat and Rio <br />Blanco Counties, Colorado; Consolidation Coal Company.
