As reported on January 30,2020, CC&V collected first quarter compliance groundwater samples from monitoring
well GVMW-8A and SGMW-613 on January 20, 2020. CC&V received the lab report for these analyses on January
28, 2020, and upon review, determined that GVMW-8A exceeded established numeric protection limits for
fluoride and SGMW-6B exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride, manganese, and sulfate.
Table 2 below lists the exceedance for the location and the associated parameter.

As reported on February 3,2020, CC&V collected first quarter compliance groundwater samples from monitoring
well CRMW-5B and PGMW-3 on January 21,2020. CC&V received the lab report for these analyses on January 29,
2020, and upon review, determined that CRMW-5B exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride
and PGMW-3 exceeded established numeric protection limits for aluminum, cadmium, copper, fluoride,
manganese, nitrate as N, nitrite+ nitrate as N,pH,and sulfate. Table 3 below lists the exceedance for the location
and the associated parameter.

As reported on February 17, 2020, CC&V collected first quarter compliance groundwater samples from
monitoring wells CRMW-5C on January 27,2020,and WCMW-6 on January 28,2020. CC&V received the lab report
for these analyses on February 11, 2020, and February 12, 2020, respectively. Upon review, CC&V determined
that CRMW-5C and WCMW-6 exceeded established numeric protection limits for fluoride. Table 4 below lists the
exceedance for the location and the associated parameter.
