LYOANSNEYS GADDIS <br /> &COUNSELORS <br /> COLORADO DIVISION OF RECLAMATION, MINING, AND SAFETY <br /> Page 2 <br /> April 30, 2020 <br /> Property Ownership. The slurry wall project is located in the Barefoot Lakes subdivision and is under <br /> the common control of the developer, Barefoot LLC. This property was originally platted as St.Vrain <br /> Lakes Filing No. 1. It was recently replatted as Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1. There are two parcels <br /> that comprise the land involved in the slurry wall project. Those are as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 14, Barefoot Lakes Filing No.1 -titled in the name of Barefoot LLC; <br /> and <br /> Tract R, Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1 - titled in the name of St. Vrain Lakes <br /> Metropolitan District No. 1 <br /> Barefoot LLC remains the operator under the Permit and both entities are affiliated. As mentioned <br /> in number 4 above, I am enclosing the following Deeds to confirm the history of title and current <br /> ownership: <br /> 1. Lot 1, Block 14. This property located in Section 35 was previously owned by the Siegrist <br /> family through various entities. It was purchased by Carma Bayshore LLC in 2006. It has <br /> remained owned in that entity without any subsequent change of title since 2006. Carma <br /> Bayshore did change its name to Barefoot LLC. As confirmation, please see the following: <br /> a. Warranty Deed from Siegrist to Carma Bayshore recorded in the records of the <br /> Weld County Clerk and Recorder on January 12, 2006 at Reception No. 3354313 <br /> (Enclosure 4.a). <br /> b. Name Change from Carma Bayshore to Bayshore and ultimately to Barefoot LLC. <br /> Please see the attached Statement of Authority and Articles of Amendment <br /> recorded in the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder on December 1, <br /> 2014 at Reception No. 4065316 (Enclosure 4.d). <br /> 2. Tract R (formerly Tract P). This property was acquired pursuant to that same Deed from <br /> Siegrist in January of 2006, as well as the eastern portion acquired in March of 2006 from <br /> Hamlin. Carma Bayshore subsequently contributed that property into the newly formed <br /> St. Vrain Lakes Metropolitan District No. 1 as part of its financing and construction plans <br /> for the overall project. Please consider the following attached documents: <br /> a. Warranty Deed from Siegrist to Carma Bayshore recorded in the records of the <br /> Weld County Clerk and Recorder on 1/12/2006 at Reception No. 3354313 <br /> (Enclosure 4.a). See comments above. <br /> b. Special Warranty Deed from Hamlin to Carma Bayshore recorded in the records <br /> of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder on 3/15/2006 at Reception No. 3370614 <br /> (Enclosure 4.b). This conveys part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36 which <br /> contains the eastern portion of what is now Tract R. <br />
