M-1982-015 <br /> Dear Peter: <br /> My office represents Barefoot LLC (formerly known as Carma Bayshore LLC). Barefoot is the <br /> operator in relation to Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) permit number <br /> M-1982-015, and is submitting the attached Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession <br /> of Operators Application Packet (the "Application"). I am writing this cover letter to index the <br /> documents sent to your office and to clarify legal right to possession of the property by Barefoot LLC. <br /> To begin, the following documents have been included with Barefoot LLC's application: <br /> 1. Fully executed Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operator <br /> Application Packet. <br /> 2. $144.00 application fee. <br /> 3. Surety Rider and Power of Attorney dated January 25, 2016, in satisfaction of the requirement <br /> that Barefoot LLC provide a financial warranty, providing for the transfer of the current <br /> financial warranty in the name of Carma Bayshore LLC to Barefoot LLC. <br /> 4. Deeds and related documents demonstrating the legal right of Barefoot LLC to enter the <br /> property containing the slurry wall (as more particularly described below). <br /> 5. A map prepared by Redland, an engineering firm, on behalf of Barefoot LLC, of the area and <br /> surrounding structures. <br /> 6. A letter dated April 27, 2020 from Redland, with respect to the surrounding structures. <br /> 7.
