Compliance with Laws and Leases. In all operations hereunder, Grantee shall <br /> comply in every respect with all applicable laws and regulations of theState of <br /> Colorado and ofthe United States regarding the management and operation of mining,and <br /> with all applicable provisions respecting Grantee's operationsthat may be contained in any <br /> mining lease to Grantor.Grantor agrees to advise Grantee of all such lease provisions. <br /> 19. Enforcement. In the event attorney's fees or othercosts are incurred to secure a <br /> party's performance of its obligations hereunder or to enforce a breach by that party of <br /> this Agreement, or establish damages for such breach, or to obtain any other <br /> appropriaterelief, the prevailingpartyshall beentitledto recover reasonable <br /> attorney's fees and costs incurred therein. <br /> 20.
