The landowner is in the
process of utilizing gravel from the former office/facility area pad to fill the deeper wheel ruts from the center
pivot. Farm equipment is currently stored on the facilities area pad, Some of the gravel pile remains. Additional
gravel is present on the pad that hasn't yet been pushed up into a pile. Frank indicated that once the gravel is all
removed,the pad area will be regraded and top soiled, and the pivot length completed. At this time,this is on the
landowner's time schedule.
The overburden pile on the east side of the pad has a bare area where overburden was utilized. A stabilization
seed mix is recommended on this area if the pile won't be used in the near future,to minimize invasion by noxious
weed species.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10;
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3
Page 2 of 6
