On March 6, 2017 the Colorado Division Mining and <br /> Safety ("DRMS") approved the incorporation of the Holton Lakes Mine into the Morton <br /> Lakes Mine, therefore both mining permits are now operating under Morton Lakes Mine <br /> (M-2008-082). <br /> The current SWSP amendment for the Morton-Holton Lakes was approved on December 3, <br /> 2018 to cover operations for January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. This SWSP will <br /> cover the estimated depletions from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. The <br /> required fee of $257 for this SWSP has been submitted (receipt nos. 3694425). <br /> SWSP Operations <br /> The Morton-Holton Lakes Mine is located in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 and the NE1/4 of Section <br /> 12, all in Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., and the SW 1/4 of Section 6, and <br /> the NW1/4 of Section 7, all in Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 61h P.M.
