Ponds associated with C-1982-056 include Ponds B,C, D, E, F,G,T, <br /> 13. Filing frequency of <br /> 6NM Sediment Pond, Fish Creek Tipple Pond, Fish Creek Borehole <br /> pond reports CDRMS regulation 4.05.9(17) Ponds, 18LT Ponds,Area 1 Pit,and the 6NM Holding Pond. <br /> Quarterly pond inspections were conducted within the <br /> appropriate quarter. <br /> 14. Timely filing of pond Quarterly pond inspection reports were submitted and received by <br /> reports CDRMS regulation 4.05.9(17) the Division within an appropriate timeframe. <br /> 15. Content of pond All required information was addressed on quarterly sediment <br /> reports CDRMS regulation 4.05.9(15) pond inspection in water year 2018. <br /> Wadge Overburden/Wolf Creek Overburned <br /> • Exhibit 14(Ex.14-5) lists 7 wells. Each with Annual water <br /> quality sampling and semi-Annual Water level and field <br /> parameters.The AHR lists 5 well as Wadge Overburn. <br /> Wells WC008A and WC013A do not appear to have been <br /> monitored. <br /> Twentymile Sandstone <br /> • Well FBR-2 dropped 60 feet in 2018. This well has had <br /> drops in the past of 56 ft in 2003 and 84 ft in 2005. The <br /> previous drops were attributed to mining activities on <br /> the 16 Right panel and close proximity to a fault zone. <br /> No rational was offered for the 2018 drop. <br /> Trout Creek Sandstone <br /> • FBR-2-E was not monitored in 2018.AHR notes that this <br /> was due to contractor error.Please ensure this has been <br /> 16. Sampling frequency of corrected. <br /> ground water monitoring Exhibit 14 of CDRMS mining <br /> permit C-1982-056 <br /> wells Fish Creek Alluvium <br /> Well AVF-15 <br /> • Reported Dry during 2 quarters. <br /> Well 006-AZ-3 <br /> • Reported to be destroyed in 2016 and was to be <br /> replaced. It does not appear replacement has occurred. <br /> This well will need to be replaced or a TR submitted to <br /> change the sampling plan if there is justification to not <br /> replace. <br /> Trout Creek Alluvium <br /> Well Jones <br /> • Private well serving a residence until 2008 when <br /> underground tanks were installed and water was hauled. <br /> In 2018 TC installed a deep freshwater well and filtration <br /> system. Please work with the Division to update this <br /> location in relation to the sampling plan. <br /> 6 <br />
