Site 7
• Site was reported to have not discharged during the 1"
and 211 quarter.
303 spring series
• Reported to be dry in 2018
Mine Discharge
Site 109 did not discharge in 2018.
Site 115 discharged in May and June 2018
Each surface water monitoring site was evaluated to determine if
the required parameters were sampled in accordance with the
water monitoring plan from Exhibit 14 of the permit. Each
parameter measurement reported was compared to the range
(maximum, minimum and average)of parameters listed for each
monitoring site. The parameters measured were also compared to
the instream numeric standards for the Yampa River Basin (Region
12)discussed in item no. 9 above. If a measurement was outside
of its normal range or above a numeric standard it is discussed
below.
Foidel Creek
Site 800: reported max value of Sulfates(2530 mg/L) 8/15/2019.
Field Conductivity appears to be trending up at this site.
Site 8: reported the maximum Field Conductivity(5350 umhos/cm)
Field Conductivity appears to be trending up at this site.
12. Parameters to be Exhibit 14 ofCDRMS mining Site 900: In March Iron(Trec) exceeded the Water Quality
sampled at surface water permit C-1982-056 Standards for Segment 13b of the Yampa River Basin (3270 ug/L).
sites However,Site 14, upstream of the mine reported iron level in
exceedance of the standard in March of 2018.
Fish Creek
Site 16A: Iron(Trec)was above the table standard in March 2018
(1760 ug/L).
