3.10.1 Contractor's Oil Storage Facilities
There are several contractors that conduct operations within the boundaries of CC&V property including:Ames,
Boart Longyear and Timberline, Conley Construction,and Buckley Powder. It is the policy of CC&V management to
require contractors to maintain separate SPCC plans that meet the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112. Copies of
SPCC Plans for each contractor are on file with S&ER.
