submittals". As stated above, the scope of Amendment 13 is limited to the VLF2 and Schist Island areas. <br />Only those sections of the application affected by Amendment 13 activities were updated. Where <br />appropriate and where no change is proposed, references to prior permit amendments, including <br />Amendments 9, 10 and 11 and technical revisions, which are listed in Appendix 2 of this submittal, are <br />made. <br />Newmont GoldCorp also is including a copy of a signed Affidavit documenting public notice signs have <br />been placed along the permit boundary at the following locations. <br />Carlton Security Access <br />Ironclad Security Entrance <br />ADR2 Entrance <br />CC&V Administrative Offices in Victor <br />Notice of this application has been given to the Teller County Board of County Commissioners and the <br />Teller -Park Soil Conservation District of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and their signed <br />acknowledgement of receipt of the notice is included in the application in Exhibit Q. A complete copy of <br />the application has been placed with Teller County Clerk and Recorder and a signed Affidavit is included <br />with the application in Exhibit R. Once the application has been deemed complete by DRMS, we will <br />place additional copies with the public libraries in Cripple Creek, Victor, Florissant and Woodland Park. <br />Within 10 days of receiving a determination of completeness, we also will publish a notice once a week <br />for four weeks in the Pikes Peak Courier. A copy of the proposed newspaper publication also is attached <br />to this letter.
