DRMS Application Form <br />2. Executive Summary <br />3. Exhibits A -U: Provides detailed information required by Section 6.4 of the Hardrock Rules <br />4. Appendices 1-12: Provides additional detail referenced in the Exhibits <br />The information contained in this application have been prepared exclusively for use by CC&V. <br />The documents are comprised of numerous individual analyses, some of which are site specific <br />and others design specific, and all of which are interrelated. Therefore, this application must be <br />considered in its entirety to have validity. None of the consultants to CC&V nor CC&V itself are <br />responsible for misuse of the information in enclosed reports. The purpose of the application <br />contained herein is to provide the information required for review and approval by the DRMS and <br />Teller County Board of County Commissioners.
