It appears that there has been no change in volume for either of the depressional areas <br /> in the past year. <br /> The spring discovered during the third quarter of 2011 was not flowing at the time of the inspection, <br /> and the surrounding area was dry at the time of inspection. <br /> No organic material removal was conducted. Flow from the underdrain system was observed <br /> at the time of inspection to be approximately one quarter of a gallon per minute. Surface drains <br /> showed no water flow.
