20 November 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> o The Ready Line appeared orderly at the time of inspection. <br /> o The Ash Pit exhibited a compacted and smooth surface, free of ruts, low areas and standing water. <br /> A number of benches are being utilized and/or developed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE—Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6;Discharge Structures 4.05.7, <br /> 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage-Acid <br /> and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18 <br /> The pond systems visited comprised: East Pyeatt, Flume and Johnson. Due to muddy roads and gradient, <br /> some ponds had to be viewed from above. Unless otherwise noted,pond banks and dams appeared stable <br /> at the time of inspection and spillways and flumes appeared in good repair and functioning adequately. <br /> a) East Middle Flume: <br /> b) East Pyeatt System: Holding water, and discharging <br /> c) Middle Pyeatt System: Ponds were dry at the time of inspection. <br /> d) Johnson System: Holding water <br /> Parcel ZA 13 was visited to check on erosion features identified in the SL 19 inspection. Remnants of <br /> small rills exist and are healing as expected.
