20 November 2019 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Main haul roads and access roads were wet and muddy. Two draglines were operating casting spoil, one <br /> dragline was idle. Activities in the pit were observed. Ash and coal were being hauled. Blasting was <br /> also taking place and a blast was observed. Contemporaneous reclamation, grading, overburden and <br /> topsoil placement are complete for the season, and appear to have progressed adequately and as <br /> permitted. Constructed drainages and their check dams appeared established in topsoiled areas. No <br /> offsite air quality or hydrologic issues were observed at the time of inspection. Stripping in N pit is <br /> complete, and the ditch is constructed. <br /> r . <br /> u, f� <br /> u LL s� <br /> Photo 2: Operations in the Pit <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Pond id signs were prominently displayed in the vicinity of each pond visited and,were in <br /> adequate repair at the time of inspection. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3),,Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(S) <br /> and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7)14.03.2(7) <br /> o Although wet,haul roads and access roads appeared in good repair,well maintained.
