All items are <br /> being stored in neat and orderly fashion and is not considered a problem at this time. There was however a large <br /> bin of used vehicle and equipment batteries being stored without secondary containment seen in Photo Five. <br /> These items shall either be removed and disposed of at an appropriate land fill or hazardous materials recycling <br /> center or shall be placed within proper secondary containment to prevent potential impacts to the prevailing <br /> hydrologic balance. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> The proper mine identification signage was observed as well as the proper disturbed area and permit area <br /> boundary markers. The mine identification signage can be seen in Photo Six. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The topsoil stockpile at King II was observed. It is well vegetated and was stable at the time of the <br /> inspection. <br /> One of the topsoil stockpiles at King I was actively being moved at the time of the inspection.
